Dr. Ade Tobing, SpKO in discussions about bone health and the oral cavity for the Elderly at the Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta, Saturday (13/02/2016), said that osteoporosis can be prevented by getting used to moving on. According to Dr. Ade, there are three stages of exercise that can help prevent osteoporosis that stage of primary, secondary and tertiary. At the primary stage is done to a young age to do strenuous exercise.

In addition to sports, Dr. Ade advised to eat eat, rich in calcium and multiply vitamin D. "Vitamin D is a lot of sunlight. Do not be afraid of the sun, especially under 9 am and after 3 pm," said Dr. Ade.
He recommends at least 10-15 minutes basking in the sun by doing other physical activity. If the lack of vitamin D, calcium is consumed as milk or cheese will only circulate in the blood and into the bone.
