Jakarta - Without really busy, Google internet bubble - Project Loon - are already on the air in Indonesia.
Internet balloon that has been on air since last January for technical examination. This was said by Chairman and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo, Alexander Rusli at the launch of Indosat Gig at the head office in Jakarta, Thursday (02/28/2016).

"Loon has been on air since last January for a technical trial," said the man who is often called Alex's.
Furthermore, Alex mentions that the company has yet to reveal the results of testing of the bubble. "But we can not yet revealed the extent to which the speed of the balloon Loon result. There will be an evaluation after completion," he said.
This test calls will take place until August 2016. After that, then the company will discuss with Google regarding commercialization.
"We wants no commercial discussions. For us the important (discussed) is the area and rates. We want this Loon later reach areas that no coverage Indosat," says this bespectacled man.
Ooredoo Indosat is one of three Indonesian operator who became a Google partner for technical trial balloon Loon internet. Indosat addition, Google partner is XL Axiata and Telkomsel.
This news contradicts information previously circulated. Where the information is limited to saying that Google will conduct field tests of the device the internet bubble in Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Hopefully, the investment for this balloon could be less expensive and can be controlled more easily
